Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979, is an American actress. She has appeared as baby-sitter in films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She has also appeared in the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. The series was launched with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both a stand-up comedian and a social worker. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook was first seen first in a commercial for foster care at seven years old. Her career began as an infant model when she was 10, appearing in national commercials for Target and Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also was a student at Minneapolis South High School.
